I always used to dislike Mac foundations then I decided to rather get a sample and see what the rave is about. Wow I won’t lie this foundation is BOMB! I think I hated it cause my skincare was lacking. This foundation sits so well on my skin. I always used to think that I had the most oiliest skin but now that my skincare is sorted this foundation looks magnificent!
I surely can atest to how amazing the coverage from this foundation is.. Its been an amazing year an a half with it.. Thanks for the extra tips cause I have been struggling with oily skin issues :)

My major concern is my smile lines because some foundations tend to settle more into them than others. So would the Studio Fix fluid also settle deeply into my smile lines or crease up?

Choc-O-Yama I know what you mean that's why I switch between the two shades or mix them coz I found that sometimes for some reason the NC45 looks a bit orange for me since I have a yellow undertone esp as it sets throughout the day, so get one that a half-shade or a shade lighter and just contour your face well so that it's not obvious that your foundation is a tad light x

Hey Mihlali The last time I wore foundation over my skin was my matric dance night because I felt like after what I went through, I'm afraid of putting it on again So I wore foundation and I love the matte look so I wanted it to stay that way it didn't so as soon as I got home and took it off my skin was red around the cheek area and was bumpy so since that day I have been afraid. What was wrong please help?

Londie melloe it could be the wrong Foundation shade, but are you using clean brushes and sponges when doing your makeup, coz that's also important. Product buildup on your brushes can affect how flawless your makeup application is

My make up will look nice and even in the mirror, but look all blotchy when I take a picture using flash. Don't know if you can upload a video on how to avoid flashback - I don't know if I'm not blending right or not properly using the translucent powder.
