this video is calming it makes me fall asleep, anytime im stressed and cant sleep i always come back to this video, you have fantastic skills! Amazed by your work!! :)
When you carved and dried it first time I thought it was done and of course looking good, but then when you carved it many times, results - perfect and beautiful pot with loads of creativity I loved it !!
I wanna learn pottery but don't know where to begin. my house is very small and i can't do anything without my parent's permission T_T and I don't have any sorts of classes near me
I put this on to fall asleep and it was working a little too well…but then I was no longer wanting to sleep bc of how mesmerizing it is to also watch! Finished the video now. Going to replay it and fall instantly asleep this time 😂❤thank you! Beautiful work. Love your craftsmanship! Happy new year❤❤❤
I should've watched your videos specifically when I was taking a class. I will admit my pieces turned out great but they could've been better. Those bowls are absolutely amazing and you do it so easily❤
Hey!! Your skills are just super ❤️ Your method is soo similar to the Indian pot makers. Once I saw the same method of making pots in my village unlike you they used wooden wheel for rotating the clay and giving them shape and I was stunned. Love from India🇮🇳🇮🇳
I love the shape of the feet you put on your pots. It's easier to hold when glazing, and the angles help prevent glaze from running. Is that something you picked up in Japan? I saw this foot style in an illustration of Japanese pottery and in it they call it the 'bamboo node foot' or 竹節高台 takefushikoudai. I'm gonna have to try it some time. The last foot I trimmed, I damn near dropped the bowl in the glaze bucket.
I don't know why i was watching, when i could barely understand this in 8th grade. But i clicked at this video. Didn't even look away. I just stared. And kept on staring! (Sure i turned up the speed, but it was so that i could watch all of it at a ''decent'' pace for me) And honestly, it was rather fascinating to watch the transformation! Truthfully, im in awe.
I was wondering, should you wear gloves when you get rid of the exces glaze, if your hands were sweaty? Maybe it is causing damage because of the moist, i dont know.
Amazing as always, I'm inspired by you, everytime i start throwing on the potters wheel I inmediatly think about you and your artwork Almost 200K subs! Congrats
the perfect sphere made from the 2 bowls is simply beautiful and of course perfect. love the precision of your work.

I’m always amazed that you know just how much to remove, without going too far and cutting a hole in the bottom!
I'm fascinated by the process of creating but the final effect is magnificent
Pottery is always been a interesting thing, been around for thousands of years and has been used for countless different applications

You have such a skill but i want to know how to make a homemade pottery wheel.
A lot of videos on UA-cam .
Not too hard really. But you need a motor with enough torque to keep spinning while you are applying pressure during the throwing process
microwave
@@marxist-leninist-protagonist what
There a lot of video but make sure to watch the curing process so it don’t melt on you

I appreciate the cross section pictures as I am a visual learner
The curing process is very important too because if it not done right any liquid that touches it will turn back to mud

Whats awesome about pottery is when you scrape off the pieces of clay, you can mold all those cray scrapings to make even more bowls!
A perfect video for International ASMR Day!
