LOL...there was a time when former renowned international players and coaches used to take part in ISL. Even they couldn't teach these footballers anything. The only thing they did was earning fat amount as salary and left forever.

He will provide us with a proper road map for passionate young talents to follow. He knows the problem with Indian football, 1. The All Indian Football Federation is a joke, and that we cannot help fix but 2. Grassroot development is what we need and that is in his reach and he has the means to help change that, he is a big personality in India and he also has the connections to make it happen and he will.

John Abraham is an football enthusiastic since his early days and his contribution for northeast united is immense maybe it will take to India to be a household name in football but it would take time since its not a one day process
He is very correct in this. The problem with ISL clubs is everyone is taking the easy route of trading players instead of producing players. What we have now is a marketplace of players but what we actually need is a factory, aka football academies.
