In LAF S0E0, we see John, iPad, and even Leo dead, but in LAF S1E1 they're alive, so your theory might be right, just before LAF not the end of LAF. (Also if Anxiety's physical form got destroyed, he might be possessing Cracker in LAF S0E0)

I am certainly excited for this show. Mappy is perhaps my favorite, but IPad is certainly the coolest looking, with No Face behind, only because he doesn’t give gold. Overall, good episode, but too early to judge.
