As Classic Imperialism the US Expanded aggressively against Mexico, Spain, Natives and Canada. And to be fair, also peacefully buying Florida, Louisiana, Alaska. But what matters to us is that in the 19th Century the US was a pure Classical Empire in expansion. From the original 13 Colonies, the United States colonized westwards, slaughtered the natives, waged an unstoppable invasion of Mexico stealing half that country territories from Texas to Nevada and California, fought a war with British Canada and settled its borders in convenient barriers that prevented the arise of border threats. As a Colonialist Empire the United States annexed the Kingdom of Hawaii by force, colonizing it and then imposing by military force the US sovereignty over an independent state. Later the US waged another war to join the colonial powers, this time against the now weak and decaying Spanish Empire. Taking Puerto Rico, Guam, Philippines. After that WWI starts and the era of Colonial Empires commence its final stage. The US interests shifted against Colonialism as their expanding trade needs required open markets and free access to resources all around the world. Happens WWII and Colonial Empires are destroyed, save the USA which polish it’s image by granting self govern to colonies as make up while holding sovereign and military control. Then proceeds to dismantle the remaining threats to its global dominance, the English and French empires, which is done using the UN Decolonization efforts. --Cristian A. Rodriguez

I am a Chinese. I went to Japan several times before pandemic. Japan is a nice Country, clean and mordern, people there are friendly, food is great... I really love Japan. It is really sad to see that the relations between these two countries are not as good as before, especially, 40 years ago when I was a kid.
40 years ago, the relationship was actually worse than today. Except china wasn't am economic powerhouse back then. Same goes with Korea Japan relation.
As funny as this was, it's terrible that you guys are losing your country to the Chinese. I truly hope you guys can reverse this trend, before it's too late. Japan for the Japanese.
Well japan is democratic....its nothing wrong to buy lands or property's its just that democracy should prohibit or banned communist for the sake of democracy...lol
Interesting this is a concern in Japan. Reminding me of how the Japanese kept buying all the property in the United States back in the 80s. One thing we have in the US is something called Eminent Domain which means although people own property here, if the government wants the land back they can just take it back if they want. Bye bye security concerns. I think if Japan also implements this there will be no worries of foreign invasions via property buying.
Politicians love to bring up the issue of "[insert nationality] are coming for us!" while the parties making bank shakes their fists at "them foreigners" The trick here is make as much money as possible by selling enough asset then have enough people crying about "foreign invasion" to "force" the government to reclaim said country assets citing said foreign invasion concerns. Rinse and repeat
As funny as this was, this is actually very serious issue, but not only in Japan but across the Pacific as well. China are buying up ports and islands in the Pacific, they're building Chinese ports in Fiji, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, Samoa and the likes. I didn't think that japanese government are very weak to accept Chinese money so easily
it's more complicated then that, Japan like the rest of the world isn't sovereign but run by a conglomerate of investors/shareholders, corporations, global banking etc. For example, in the 90's these elite decided to purposely increase the monetary value of the Japanese Yen so that companies would pull out of Japanese manufacturing and move to China (who keep the value of the Yuan low on purpose for this reason). Then there are "American" based asset companies like Blackrock that are doing the same thing wealthy Chinese are doing (buying up global property on mass) they are even being allowed to buy property in China which has caused a rift with Blackrocks investors such as Vanguard who view this as a risky move since Chinese government could just revoke their property rights while keeping the billions they invested into Chinese land. There is a lot more then this, it's certainly a rabbit hole to go into
@@bohu1701 I know, that's why we should not allow them to own land in our countries. This will force them to put pressure on their authoritarian government.

The reason why they invest in foreign lands like Japan is because they poisoned their own ground water supply and they're experiencing a real estate market meltdown in China as of the time of this writing.
The first thing I read today that made me laugh out loud Let's not beat our heads bloody against the steel wall of one hundred million Chinese. Let's allow their own failure to care for their own peoples to slowly degrade their grip on the people until a revolution where China is rubble again. You'd think they would learn by now. How many dynastical changes has China seen now?
@@enjelaya By the same logic, the Japanese as well bought out chucks of lands in Hawii and Gold Coast in the late 80s, which also happened to be the great real estate meltdown in Japan during that period. Now Fukushima is leaking nuclear waste poisoning not only Japan but the globe. (There's no emotions on this comment, I am just mimicking your logic of thinking and style by talking about something then suddenly change topic and brings to the present) At the end of the day, you just want to rant and spread hatered. Seriously, purchasing Japanese lands & properties is an ultra high risk option. I personally would not invest into a property market where its prone to natural disasters.
You hit the nail on the head. China only plays zero-sum games. And though many of us understand Chinese citizens want to buy land simply as investment strategies, that doesn’t mean it can’t cause problems down the line.

As a previous Chinese (now Singaporean), I think the jokes (or narration) told in this video were very authentic. Chinese government is very good at using its "soft power (sex, money, threat)" to corrupt other countries' politicians and slowly corrupt those country to become China-like. It is very important to watch your country's politician carefully and be careful of those that stand too close to China before it is too late. In a China-like country, only those who are connected to the government can live a decent (but stupid) live, all the rest are just slaves.
Hilarious. Very interesting and original comedy of controversial topics. I also want to give you kudos for the Japanese style roasting. May your channel continue to grow and reach a larger and larger audience.
Love this video! In my honest opinion there’s no stopping the Chinese invasion now. Even in my country, Thailand, people estimate that about half of the nation assets have been bought & owned by Chinese. Also I feel you really got one thing right. Chinese people are mentally tough….I’m aware of this 1st hand as I’ve been doing business with Chinese people for the longest and my better half is a Chinese from Mainland China lol….but I can tell you one important thing the current Z generation are so much easier to deal with comparing with X & Y gens (typically rich kids). So the way I see things go that it’s possible to somewhat trying manipulate and achieving win-win outcome in dealing with these rich kids generation…but the win-win would be the best you could hope for as Chinese hate losing and would do anything to avoid that
@@yftan4353 People who hates losing will go to such extent to maximise their personal gain. They will push far and long, and negotiation period is always lengthy….a pain in the neck really. Personally when dealing in business I always set my expectation outcome then carefully work towards in achieving it. It was never about winning or losing as in business it’s about managing the expected outcome that you decided on. When dealing with Chinese I’ve always been pushed against the wall and there are always things that we have to go back and forth multiple times….but hey they have money….I mean SERIOUS MONEY
Sadly, this is called capitalism. When people have money, they'll invest all over the place. Many foreigners buy up land in Africa, America, etc. If I am a millionaire I'll invest in Thailand since it is cheaper compare to my country. It just happens now Chinese have more millionaires. Back in the 80s, Japanese businesses was dominant and they bought a lot of American companies.

This made me depressed a little but then I realized they're doing the same thing in America and the rest of the world. And none of the leaders are doing a thing about it.
Before the Chinese bought up all the land in Japan (especially in Hokkaido and Kyoto), there were already cities full of Chinese (e.g. Kawaguchi in Saitama Prefecture and Ikebukuro in Tokyo). In those cities, there is no need to speak Japanese, and only Chinese people are making money from businesses aimed at Chinese people, who pay no taxes to the municipality. Japanese politicians have been bought by the Chinese, leaving the ambitions of the CCP to pose as Chinese companies unchecked. Not even the US military can stop this terrible aggression, as it is not like the military aggression against Ukraine.
Japan is not alone in it, China is buying land everywhere around the world. Africa practically belongs to them now and they are extending their tentacles in South America too.
Don't worry too much about the future of your country, Meshida San and Ken San. She will be alright. I guarantee that to you as a foreigner, by which I mean as a native Chinese viewer of your shows. The Chinese bought your land a lot while you Japanese bought our hearts, even souls with your entertainment shows. There is an old Chinese motto saying:得民心者的天下, which means who wins the hearts of the people win the earth/ world. The most effective way to achieve that goal, to conquer the world is through education. And you have countless Teachers to do so. So, you see, your Japan now are capable win most parts of the world, not just China. Don't be silly to worry about the future of your loving motherland, and you Japanese are not only people who love Japan, but the whole world cherishes her so much. Love you comedy shows and the sense of humor, keep going and be funny
Chinese respect Japan in many ways not just AV idols. For example, Chinese love Japan for the only foreign country to still use Kanjis. Also Chinese still remember Sony, Toshiba and love Japanese food and anime. In fact the only thing Chinese don't like about Japan is the atrocities during the WW2, but it is distant memory and fading into oblivion.

That would be France who opposed the US invasion of Iraq under lies in 2003, doesn’t host US forces and has left NATO command when their interests were to not fight the USSR and negotiate a bilateral non aggression pact upon the force of nuclear weapons.
Then proceeds to dismantle the remaining threats to its global dominance, the English and French empires, which is done using the UN Decolonization efforts.

then australian and new zealand prime ministers should be their natives. oh and united snake too.
I think if Japan also implements this there will be no worries of foreign invasions via property buying.
i thought hawaii is almost 50% japanese. no comedy issues? and same happened in australia gold coast in the 80s
You guys are nuts... Japan is a capitalistic democratic country. You guys are comparing apples to lychee
The main difference is that China is a communist country whereas Japan is a free society much like the USA.
They can take it, but they have to pay for it.
In other countries, you get nothing.
There is a lot more then this, it's certainly a rabbit hole to go into
Same in Africa. But no foreigner can own land in China, not in a million years.
@@joseph3036 even chinese are not able to own land in china, all land in china are national property, you can only rent it.

Japan is still 98.5 percent Japanese, a homogenous country. I do not think they have anything to worry about.
There's one singular great thing about East Asian culture when it comes to comedy - no holds are barred. Anglophone comedy is watered down to the point it cannot threaten sacred cows. There are now so many cows people can't make any edgy jokes. For such a polite society, you have sharp comedy.
That's because western comedy has been infected with woke-ism.

Japan: 127 million people

If all 1.3 billion Chinese people come to Japan and jump, Japan will sink.
The reason why they invest in foreign lands like Japan is because they poisoned their own ground water supply and they're experiencing a real estate market meltdown in China as of the time of this writing.
The first thing I read today that made me laugh out loud
Let's not beat our heads bloody against the steel wall of one hundred million Chinese.

Just face it Philipines is still owned by America. At lease Chinese old men don't marry your 18 yrs old.

Thanks for the video! It made me realized that it's not just a Southeast Asian problem but a global problem as well. Something must be done quick!

So the way I see things go that it’s possible to somewhat trying manipulate and achieving win-win outcome in dealing with these rich kids generation…but the win-win would be the best you could hope for as Chinese hate losing and would do anything to avoid that
The chinese hate losing, then pls tell me who love losing, cant wait to do business with them
@@yftan4353 People who hates losing will go to such extent to maximise their personal gain.

The most effective way to achieve that goal, to conquer the world is through education. And you have countless Teachers to do so. So, you see, your Japan now are capable win most parts of the world, not just China.
