Hi there, This is what I'd do. Id go find a job as Geotechnical Engineer in lab or whatever is available and learn on the job. Once you like it you could study a Masters in Geotechnical if you enjoy it. It also depends on your current career as an electrical engineer. Do you have to support family etc? Can you afford to start a new career? Hope that helps.
I am geologist fresh graduated as a general geologist and my thesis is talk about the geo technical investigation for a chosen place in my country , and I got chance 3 month ago to start in geo technical engineering so I got it and I start it as a laboratoreist and in situ , I wanna ask you can I make master degree in the geo technical?

Congratulations, there are master's degrees available in geotechnical engineering, so you should check your experience with those schools.
