You don’t even need to hold it for that long and just need to hold it down one more time and then it will turn on. I did it that way by accident but if it weren’t for this dude, I wouldn’t have gotten my switch to turn on.

Bruh, this legit worked for me. Couldn’t start my switch for two days. Glad it was non invasive and simple. Makes me panic when this happens. It was the second time. The first time I had to remove joycons, memory chip, games and leave it plugged into the OEM charging plug.
