Even if he DID survive and make it to Argentina, he wouldn’t have lived for very long. He was old and had many illnesses, at best he likely would have lived to see Stalin’s death at best.

in any case a lot of nazi's escaped to south america, Chile and Argentina. I know someone who has met and who's father knew ex nazi's. There is a large population of colonial germans who migrated to Chile in the late 1800's and who still to this day speak german. Its honestly astounding, ive met some of these german/chileans who may or may not be ex nazi's or have known of and met with ex nazi's.

While he could have very well escaped to Argentina as the charred remains found at the bunker that were assumed to be Hitler's was DNA test confirmed to be female, I think it's way highly more likely that his confidantes and/or fanatical admirers took his body & buried it in an unknown location or took it with them.
Everyone back then & present day know what humiliating things the Italians did to Benito Mussolini's body so I'm highly sure that his close confidantes and/or fanatical admirers didn't want Hitler's body treated the same way so they made it disappear.
