Static Picking 5 Pin ERA Rim Cylinder (spp'd)

One of the locks I picked up from the car boot sale last week, a 5 pin ERA rim cylinder, came with the key snapped off in the lock.
Two spool drivers o stacks 2 & 4 all regular keypins (very similar to Yale)
It really does make a lot of difference trying to static pick a look, the feeling is so different from picking the lock in your hand!! Gonna try and do a few more static picks from now on.

Yeah i here you on that point ............new to picking but managed to spp it last night. Found it really hard to set the back pin due to the fact it is so close to the bar. Cheers

Hey, nice vid........what make pick you using or is it homemade. Im trying to do the same lock at the moment with a goso set but they are too tight for the lock. Cheers

Thanks mate! thats a homebrew pick im using in this video! you will find that the Goso picks may be a little thick for these types of locks! :0)
