My skull was my reward for winning the marathon world championships in 2010, my triangle on my hand reminds me to keep moving forward and make progress, and my turtle/Pura Vida tattoo on my leg is a reminder of my amazing time in Costa Rica :)

Why aren't you training for kayaking anymore? - I see new opportunities everyday, I'm just grabbing them as they appear and keep working hard, right now that's UA-cam & Film. I'm happy I made the change!
How long do your vlogs take to edit? - They vary massively, sometimes 1 hour sometimes 6+

So impressed with Ben for getting along with everyone so well! Some people I know still struggle to talk to people, even to the little kids, when we go to volunteer in townships.

I love hearing different accents from the same place. Dan's accent is so different to all South African's I've met, and kind of different to Nicole's. I just find it so interesting!!

How did you and Nicole meet? I've been like so curious all this time.
He explained in a video a long time ago, he said something like they met through mutual friends somewhere and then Nicole invited him down to South Africa afterwards to visit, and so he did and they spent a lot of time together and they fell in love :) or something along those lines
