Bad capacitors on boards you need change all bad caps

Ah shit. I got mine out of storage. It was in its case for 22+ years. I popped the tape in and it played. I came back later and now the tape does this. It doesn't load, just stays in that position until it ejects. Wow, it was working tho.....
