Nope Jodi we are in Mississippi on Grenada lake.
I was born and raised in greenwood ms which is about 45 minutes from grenada. I now live in grenada around the corner from the spillway,my wife and her twin sister are from Louisiana, her sister moved back after she got married. Her husband is also a big time fisherman. We often go to rigolets in Louisiana.... if you have not been, please please go. The fishing is amazing, the scenery is breathtaking! Red fish, sheepshead any fish you want to catch, certain times of the year you will see dolphins swimming by! Truly a Fisherman's paradise
It sure sounds like a great place, we will put it our list thanks . We are from Indianola Mississippi. Maybe when we go home in August we can meet up on Grenada lake?

@@thelifeofafishermanwife we were dither down the river out of the rocks that day. The water is real low right now. They are trying to finish a bridge across the lake on the upper side.

I'm from St. Louis and I caught a 4lb90z Crappie fishing right up against that rip-rap/ that's Grenada Lake spillway!!!
