Yes! Also, for fancy Italian, it’s not as expensive as I thought it would be. The 6 dishes were about 77 dollars.

Two things, 1- love to see you guys together, beautiful and 2- Tiramisu was my favorite dessert before going vegan and all the vegan ones I've tried have been grosssss. This WHOLE dinner looked DIVINE but giiiirrrlll, I am going there just for that tiramisu lol

YAaas KITE HIL RICOTTAAAAAAA! I demolished an entire container tonight when I was only supposed to eat half. I paired it with mandarin orange slices cracked black pepper some almond yogurt plain and tahini and had my sweet and savory fruit salad I swear that almond kite Hill ricotta is everything!

What an AMAZING experience! Coletta seems to be a perfect combination of comforting, home-style flavours and fine-dining which simply makes you feel special. Also, I am definitely jealous: the creamy pasta dish and the desserts you chose are something I used to *looove* and have not found any vegan versions which would truly be on par with the original texture or flavour wise

HEY GURL AND ROBERTO! Hope y’all had fun! I am upstate so no fun vegan places. But I did swing by the amazing health store near one of my jobs today and I picked up kite Hill almond ricotta and a new cashew-based vegan cheddar which I did not try it but I demolished the kite Hill ricotta and I only was supposed to have half I have to give them mad props for the texture because it is unlike any other vegan cheese I have tried so far

I missed what the tuna was made of, anyone? I once made a poke bowl using marinated thinly sliced watermelon in place of tuna (or whatever fish might have been in a "real" poke bowl). It was goood!

Interesting question! Actually yes. These dates are fun but they’re about 80% work. We take “normal” dates other times to make up for it!

On a side note idk if you have tried any vegan Jamaican patties in the city? I am struggling to find them but recently saw the Grace vegan vegetable patties in my local grocery that are frozen and you bake them. I was skeptical but they really did well on the seasoning for an all vegan patty! If you have suggestions for where I can find some awesome vegan patties, I would love to know!

I know sometimes Channel changes. But I originally started watching this channel. Couple years ago when you were doing cheap vegan food. I remember that blow up I don't exactly remember when you change the content. Now you're more of a taste tester but you rarely give a bad review. So who can trust reviews by someone who never dislikes anything. I know sometimes channels change but I barely click on your videos these days. I could have just unsubscribed and kept it moving but then how would you get feedback. If a channel is started on cheap vegan eats why would you change the whole platform from what originally started people watching you. This is just my opinion my intentions are not malicious. I just thought you could use a little feedback have a good day
Hey! No biggie. I didn’t start out with cheap vegan eats although those were some of my fave vids to make! I started out with “is it hype?!” Which I still make all the time. Check out my “new foods” playlist if you want to see bad reviews as I try some weird things on there haha. But it’s also ok to outgrow a channel. I do it too! Thanks for all the support over the years.
