is there any way to get a flywheel off an X30/KA100 without the flywheel puller?
Both X30 and KA100's can be easily removed without a puller. They are on a straight shaft not a tapered shaft.
How often do you have to rebuild these engines ? Would it be about the same as a cr125 ? Also, would the x30 125cc need rebuild more often than say the x30 175cc ?
after about 10 to 15 hours of driving, past 15 is dangerous. my engine block exploded once and seized another time midway through a race

Yes. Cheap it was. Should have said you’d have a world class video there if it was in real time with a step by step commentary explaining the process. It would spread like wildfire throughout the karting community. Nixing the children of the corn music would also go a long way.
