- Hello! It's been almost a month since I last uploaded a vlog. It's been hectic lately as I have received several offers for initial interviews and had other personal commitments. Anyway, in this vlog, the clips are a bit old, but not too old. I share how I failed my three initial interviews. I discuss the details and the number of weeks it took to secure the initial interviews from three companies. I know this might not be my usual unemployed work vlog, but I hope you can pick up a lesson or two from this upload.
Until next upload, stay curious and have a good week ahead!
sending warm hugs,
rain 💗

Hi there! I have been following and watching your vlogs since last month and I hope that soon you'll be successful in securing a permanent role in a company.
I want to share some tips that helped me whenever I do Interviews (idk if this will help but this works for me) :
-During Interview I present myself in a formal look (no need to go fancy and over the top) you know a little make up, a good hairstyle and formal top should do it.
-Smile more and try to engage with the panelist/interviewer more to show that you are interested/invested not only to the job but also on working with them if given the chance.
-Have a convincing tone and modulated voice when speaking. Just be confident :) (I know you are :) )
-Compliment them as well like the company whenever they tell stories/background about their company/organization (like how great their mission or goals sounds).
-Show that you are interested as well in getting the role.
You can do it!! Rooting for you! :)
thank you so much for the tips
@@hannnnirin I'm sure you can smash them! You are a fighter and a fighter will always win no matter! :)
