More episodes coming.
Thanks for watching.
great! I was there that day, Salle de la Madelaine, I had a small Fiesole Plaque with a pastoral scene which was valued then at 5000 Belgian francs, about 100 GBP. I still own it.
i realize I am kind of off topic but do anybody know of a good website to stream newly released movies online?
Hi like to know about your antque
Great Show!
The book of Lozano paintings was sold at Christie's in 1995 for 265,000 British pounds.
My God! What totally beautiful, charming women! I'm going to move to Belgium - not just for the chocolate.
yes, they are! you get mixture of 3-4 races, which is what makes them look so nice.
Or the French fries!
I agree! All the women are so beautiful and charming, whether Belgian, British or American.
They are not playing football in that watercolour - that's a real gaffe. They are playing keeping a wicker ball in the air.
Currency confusion: This episode was aired on 16 April 1995. The European Economic Community (EEC) was formed in 1957, and the UK joined the EEC in 1973. The EEC became the EU in 1993 and adopted the use of the Euro in 1999. The UK has continued to opt out of the use of the Euro.
Yeah well, by now they opted out completely...
Appraiser never had the opportunity to be the beloved child of a Mammy.
37:28...........is that Arn Anderson of professional wrestling's Four Horsemen, lol?
That's not a football in Manila that is the local game called *sepaktakraw*
Our national game in Philippines

At 28:50, "could be a phoenix, could be an eagle, or possibly a swan" resting on an "some exotic-looking fruit..." Was the symbolism so vague or was the expert's knowledge lacking? Does this analysis seem more vague than usual to anyone else?
The carving itself was kind of strange looking
He was more interested in the milf.
I thougt the fruit was a pine apple
i wouldn,t have given a quid for that painting, where was the full of light, that critic must have been drunk. Juhaptergee

Shame. I was hoping to see more art nouveau pieces...
The word modern is only good for a day. Who knows what they'll call it tomorrow.
OMG, he labeled that beautiful woman as a "mammy."
It's nothing beautiful about her, it is a "mammy"
That was the title on the painting
Well, that’s what she was called back then.
The way the appraisers handle the peoples objects is appalling.
Really? Do you think they should be wearing white gloves? Or do you think they were too rough in their handling?
They are probably very used to handling precious objects, are extremely careful and also very confident, which might come across as too confident.
