Coming from an Irish woman from CT I envy the Italians on Christmas Eve . I LOVE SEAFOOD. I love food but always loved that idea of seafood on Christmas Eve so I do a seafood only on New Year’s Eve

Every Italian household has their own 7 Fishes. Ours is different than this also with the exception of the smelts. The baccala ensalde we make is with red onion, black dried olives, olive oil and wine vinegar, but I will try what Mary Anne did, it looks good. Just do what you are accostumed to and enjoy. Buona Festa!!
