Orochi is a poor duelist. Actually there's a lot you can do. Before I talk about the combo, just know a lot of Orochis abuse their dodge attack. Sometimes, just feinting into nothing will result in a free parry cause they will overreact and dodge attack. First you have to know that if Orochi does the garanteed light, he doesn't have frame advantage anymore. Then, about the counters : - Top light is slow, just parry it, or at least raise your guard up. - Kick into light is weak, not a big deal. If you take it, that's sad but not much. If you predict it, you should know most Orochis will just light anyway after the missed kick. It's extremely slow, parry it and you have a guaranteed heavy. - Storm rush might be more annoying for you. There's two options there. If you have a decent reaction time, you should be able to parry/deflect it constantly. If you don't, you have to make a read, then you can just light the orochi out of it before he hits you. I'm an Orochi main, I love this character and Nova's the reason why I've always mained him, but I have to say that at Master level and over, that character becomes useless.
@@siglen01 the old gen console experience is a lot different from PC. On pc orochi is a B tier duelist but on old gen console he is easily up there with raider and pirate
Yo nova I just learned this and idk if anybody else knows but when Shinobi does the roll he can do a delayed kick if you wait a little and it catches people of guard a lot

Why would I use a lot of time killing 1 guy because "honor" where I can just use feats kill him as fast as I can and help out my team by doing objectives and ganking. If you want an honorable 1v1 without feats go play duel or brawl that's the whole point of that game modes.

And if you're playing dominion 9 times outta 10 it's for fun. It's not like you're gonna win anything, don't know why you take it so seriously🤷🏿♂️
