Hi David I just ordered a glass coffee dripper V style and a brewing carafe 800 ML so I can start testing the coffee that I am brewing. Have been using a french press and a drip coffee maker for now the coffee taste good. Just roasted two 350 gr batches yesterday. Ethiopia Konga and Colombia Sierra Nevada I dropped these at a higher temp to see if I can get a different flavor out of these beans. Great Video.
Good luck! There can be a bit of a learning curve for pour overs compared to French press but be persistent and I'm sure it'll become second nature in no time. Good luck!
Looking good, David. Now, it that a Gen 1 or a Gen 2 Ode grinder? I just got my Gen 2 grinder that I ordered. It worked well in the first few times I have used it. Peace.
Thanks! I use the Gen 1 but plan to sell it and upgrade to the Gen 2. My Ode has a bit of retention even with RDT and so far I like what I'm seeing others say about the Gen 2 improvements.
