Thanks for taking the time to make this video. You are an excellent teacher! Love the accent. I paused a couple of times to check my computer on anything I didn't know myself. Always great to have a refresher course too.
sorry to be offtopic but does anybody know of a way to log back into an instagram account?? I stupidly lost my account password. I appreciate any assistance you can give me!
I have win 7, windows firewall, windows security essentials and winpatrol running. that is enough protection right, if i run the likes of malwarebytes or spybot once in a while? also what about hybrid drives? do they need to be deframented?
To keep your computer secure you generally need 3 things... anti-virus software, a firewall and anti-spyware. If you get free versions of these things, that's (generally) fine for a light user. For the heavier computer user it's worth investing in an Internet security package that has the lot in one. As for your hybrid drive/s, you probably won't find much difference in computer speed if you did defrag it. It doesn't make much difference these days so I wouldn't bother with that.
EasyPcRepairs right thanks. Is there any 'all in one' security package that you would recommend? I wouldn't want anything that is too resource hungry and bloated like norton, mcafee or crap like that.
Windows 7 - Performance - Visual Effects - Advanced System Settings explained ? in other words , i wish someone would take the time ,and make a video explaining what each Visual Effects are for , because i have no idea , how am i suppose to choose the effects i want to keep , when don't know what most of them do .
Good video, but i never used antivirus he use so much resources in background, and still it protects only 2% of real viruses..i would say useless.. clean boot windows every 2 3 months is good way to go... but all overall good video

ua-cam.com/video/HmqBFB9emQ8/v-deo.html This guy doesn't necessarily explain each affect but he does go through and show you the few he keeps selected. From there, I just applied each box 1 at a time and looked for the visual difference it made.

Yes, Kaspersky Internet Security is one of the best 'all in one' packages that also has a low impact on computer resources.

Check only the last two. Another video mentioned it.

Running Windows Update is a bad idea with Windows 7. Skip it.
