That moment he told Sharn not to play the idol for Mat was iconic. When she saved herself from rocks in all stars I like to think Benji taught her that lesson that you can work it at the last second.
Benji was a good player to the game but his tactics were either great or dumb. Just see how he followed this big move by lying to a person that was wearing a imunity knecklace that someone was about to vote for them (and also how he lied to Monika about Shoone power, not realizing she would see It wasnt as he said the moment Jonathan had to ready the clue). Great on thinking on big moves, horrible on keeping trust.
That idol was insane. Literally on a completely different island.
his edit was so unusual in that he was invisible until the tegan episode which was like episode 7 and from there on he had the most confessionals out of everyone
He was a great player and was very entertaining to watch. Benji talking Sian into playing the idol for herself instead of Mat was such a big moment. Something like that has never happened in US Survivor. Would be great to see him play again.

My favourite player in history of Survivor. Great character and incredible gameplay. It was very entertaining to watch him playing, hope he will comeback one day.

When he told Brian that Sharn was trying to get him out while Brian had the immunity necklace AROUND HIS NECK, I about died laughing. One of the biggest mistakes in Survivor history.

In my head I'm so sad Benji didn't play his idol. I imagine this happening:
Final 8: Benji plays his idol on himself, Sharn goes home
Final 7: Shonee uses steal-a-vote-advantage, Brian goes home
Final 6: Benji convinces Monica to flip saying they need each other, Steve goes home
Final 5: Benji, Shonee and Fenella vote Shane, shane goes home
Final 4: Benji wins immunity (easily the most physically capable player there), sends Shonee home
Final 3: Benji wins final immunity again, wins easily again, send either Monica or Fenella home
Final 2: Benji wins FTC against Monica or Fenella for being a complete post-merge beast, playing the game hard and turning the game completely around in his favour. ALL HE HAD TO DO WAS PLAY HIS IDOL AT FINAL 8 AND THIS COULD'VE HAPPENED :(( Sadly we get a goat shane winner instead

I think if this did happen, shon would most likely not get voted out in the final 4, fanella would stick with shonee and benji would most likely stick with shon because he’d probably be closer to shonee than monics

I loved his game in CvC. Also it's way too ironic that he was voted out with an idol in his pocket just like he voted Mat out a round before
So bummed he wasn’t on all stars
I love reading the comments saying he was so good and all that, when he basically sent himself packing when he told Brian who had the immunity necklace that Sharn was gunning for him and voting him, which in actual fact sent himself home for making one of the most stupidest mistakes in survivor history
Exactly, that was his major weakness: not knowing how to control his lies. In the end, one dumb lie that was easily caught up and wasnt needed cost him.
You should definitely do Andy from s4 he was hopeless

Facts
benji is a good player but he and robbie made a dumb move by not saving teagan. If they have the numbers or if their goal is to get to the merge it is good move but it resulted for their demise.
Since, as himself said, wasnt playing for the money, guess his ego spoke over his game play a couple times costing him.
