    I cannot begin to thank you enough! I was getting crazy trying to get the suction cups on. Your way is so much better than what is in the manual. Excellent video. :-)

      Yes!! Oh my goodness, I could not, for the life of me, figure out the suction cup instructions in the manual! The pictures were useless and the text was just gobbledygook....THANK YOU!,

      @@heatherdawn4875I agree, the manual is bloody useless.

    Thank you for your brilliant video, So simple to put the suction pads on once you know that the lift should be raised first. My advice to anyone is to throw the manufacturers instruction leaflet away and watch your video instead. Perhaps the manufacturer should just put a note in the box to watch your video instead of including their overcomplicated unhelpful instructions. Thank you again xx

      Agreed. I'm usually ok with self-assembly but the instructions for the suction pads are too complicated for something so straightforward. I bought this for my mum and was about to return it but then I remembered UA-cam. Grateful to this channel.

    Looks like I got two parts that don`t belong with this lift , I notice that they weren`t in the box you unloaded , and can`t find anywhere they would go. and our seat cover doesn`t cover the flaps like the one in the video , it only covers the seat , all in all, quite pleased with what wev`e got .

    Thanks. Oddly enough, what flummoxed me on installation was how to put in the suction cups. Directions seemed vague. Now, I know. Thanks again.

    been nice if you could of given us a close up of how you put the suction cups in, it's just that i looked at an official installation video, and these cups were not the same as the ones i have with my unit, and i can''t see whether the ones you have are the same or notnot the suckers themselves but the fitting method, though what you said about raising the seat first may be key to my issues, even if they are different.....but thx appreciated.....nevermind sussed it..

    How do you use the charger. I think I see how it works, you unplug the control from the seat, and plug the charger into the control?

    Hi, which kind of engine do you think is better: bellavita type or those like sonaris, orca and so on?
    Bellavita has ipx7, but i think: what about those teeth on the lifting - it looks like they should always catch and bring some water stuff inside the hidden part of the back where the engine hiden.
    Meanwhile Orca type motors have ipx6 and no teeth, but they are completely open from behind and do not look so good and finished like bellavita kind.
    What do you suggest?

    I would like to disassemble the unit so we can carry it somewhere else. No video addresses that. I know you slide the back portion into the base unit; how would you detach the back portion and then fold the rest so one can carry the unit? Thanks

    Hi Carlos, I live with my Mom and after our AquaJoy Premier Plus lift stopped working after (3yrs) we bought the Bellavita Bath lift. It feels so unstable compared to the AquaJoy. I just rewatched your video to see if there is something I didn't do during assembly. That red piece on the bottom, is that supposed to be in an upright position or angled? I really feel like I made a mistake purchasing the less expensive lift. Daughter's guilt.

    • @RampNOW
      @RampNOW  7 років тому +1

      Hello Allyson, I'm sorry to hear that the Bellavita feels unstable to you. It may be something that is out of sync in that happened during the assemble process. I would take the bath lift out of the tub and put it on a flat surface, lower it all the way to the bottom, and press the red tab to release the back piece forward. Once you have done that, please take some time to look closely at the red tab area to make sure nothing is loose or needs to be adjusted. After that, fold the back piece into place... it should go all the way to the furthest reclined point... you may have to press the red tab down during this process to accommodate the back piece going back all the way. Once this is locked in place you can then bring the lift up and it should come up smoothly. Also, double check the suction cups to make sure they are screwed in place firmly. If everything checks out on the bath lift end, make sure the tub has a flat dry surface where the suction cups will mount to. Once the bath lift is in place and mounted you have to make sure that the flaps are resting on at least one side of the tub in a leveled parallel manner. This should solve a majority of the stability issues you are having. Also, depending on when you purchased the bath lift, it does come with a three year warranty. So, if something does need to be replaced, we can do that for you. Just contact us to let us know. Mostly, I am sorry that you feel like you made a mistake purchasing this lift. It is made by the same company that makes the Aqua Joy (Drive) and we had it on our website as well for purchase.

    Apart from your title which say demostrating, not demonstrating, what are the side flap protectors for and how do you fit them? Not spoken about in instructions other than used in U.K. well i am in U.K. and not in instructions either,just listed as a part, but not how to use them. The instructions are vague to say the least for fitting suction cups and a close up would have been useful.

      Frank Rockwell are you talking about bits that look like white hooks if so they are for if you have grab handles on bath they slide down to stop side flaps getting jammed on them

    Thank you for the video, i was concerned about the suction cups. Waiting to hear from company because the wings are not in line, but I do have a question. Do you have to remove it from the tum after each use, my husband age 80 was the reason for the purchase, but at 78, it's sometime difficult for me to get out of tub, its just the two of us, so I would just love to leave it in place. Thanks in advance for your answer.

    • @RampNOW
      @RampNOW  6 років тому

      Hello, if the wings are out of alignment its really easy to get them back in place. They slide in and out of a channel. Lightly tap one side until it lines up where you need it to be. In regards to taking it out after each use, that is up to you. A Majority of people leave it in the tub and wash it off after each use.

    I bought this bath lift chair in Australia. Works just as it says it does except , if you just have a standard size bath of 1450mm long and you are 5.7” forget about enjoying a relaxing bath. Your legs are cramped up 8n the bath and not relaxing at all. I put it in my bath without water or anything just to have a feel of it after unboxing. Straight away i realised this is not for me . Not enough bath space left . Rang the company for a return refund for an unused item and they said sorry , bathroom items are not returnable for a refund. But I haven’t even used it, the lift and me don’t fit in the bath.
    Disappointed customer. I’ll have to donate it to a short person.
