I only had soda as a kid at christmas and easter. To this day, I only have soda a few times a year. Mind you, I stupidly drink alcohol which is really the one I need to curb.

tom why dont you just oput 1 of the milk and 1 of the water on the belt and tell her you have 5 water and milk its hasrder for her to lift every bottle and u can push the cart away and takethe goods then

Hi Mills family,How are y'all been? I'm a very proud grandma my oldest granddaughter just graduated from Ferris State University.She got her Masters in Business Administration with Highest Distinction (she carried a 3.9 to 4.0 GPA for the last 7 years )She did the same in High School.So very proud.

Milk is good for any age. If they like it they can have it. Great for calcium and other vitamins.

I think it is natural for younger kids to be picky eaters.I think all kids are.As you get older and braver you try more things.
I'd say not really. My kids literally eat everything, but there weren't people telling them things were gross, even if we didn't like them. For example, I hate peas with a passion, especailly canned; however, i always put them on my plate and eat at least one bite without saying they are gross or making faces.

So true. It helps for parents to keep their dislikes to themselves. My kids have a more varied food preference than I do :-)
my 5 y/o eats a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. We’ve offered them to her early and often since she first started on solids and I think that helps. If kids see their grownups eating healthy foods they’re more likely to eat them or at least grow out of any picky habits. Also a woman eating a healthy diverse diet while she is nursing a baby gives them little tastes in the milk and helps them develop a good palate.
