Oakland's Bay Area Martial Arts Academy offers a demonstration in Latosa Escrima as taught by Gm Rene Latosa.We are also an Ebmas Affiliate for Wing Tzun Kung Fu as well as teaching Kids martial arts Life skills starting at the age of 3.
Escrima is a Filipino Weapons fighting system using the weapon to train the body, to reach maximum potential. Generally Escrima is taught with sticks and transitions into empty hands, or Filipino boxing
