That's stoic leadership. Being emotional is ultimately feminine and managing is ultimately masculine. As men we gotta get out of our emotions and Lead.
It's good that you say that we should be master of our emotions as men. One thing that made me lose control of my emotions back in the day was alcohol. Once I gave up alcohol, I was able to take emotional management to a new level.
This sermon right here is the one i needed because its making sense to me NOW!!!!! I would let my emotions take over and she would start to see me differently
One thing I love about Dre is when he says, "what are you willing to give up to be a man"? And the answer is simple, but not always easy to carry out, "everything"!
This is useful information. A good man is a good leader, and burdens and responsibilities are not equal in a relationship. But modern relationships are seen more as partnerships; this isn’t our grand parents generation where the burden of taking care of the family falls heavily on a man’s shoulders. It’s confusing. When you constantly hear about equality. But a man is asked to be a bread winner, or a man is punished more harshly for the same actions as woman or when a woman is constantly able to confide in her man emotionally and look for emotional support but a man often cannot do the same. It makes sense if you look at a man as the leader. Leaders are held to a higher standard. But that’s not modern society. Modern society is supposedly about partnership…but I do think you get better results in relationships when you behave like a good leader.
Loving this knowledge. I had to share it with my cousin who is letting his emotions get in the way of leading 💯. Is this from a youtube remnant class? I’m searching, but don’t see it
Having an emotional moment... that equates to one time. I asked you in another video whether or not a woman can ever witness you fail or make a mistake... you said one mistake doesn't equate to consistent behavior. In this video, it seems like you can't have one emotional moment (a mistake) where you're not leading regardless of what she does. I'm not trying to be a smart@$$, I'll be 40 this Thursday... I'm still lost and feel I shouldn't be by this late... is it just too late for me, if I don't get it I'm just not going to get it at this point?
Man I’m late responding but when all else fails look at things from a biblical or spiritual perspective… can god forgive one mistake?… if so than so can you and so should your loved ones if they truly love you.

I now have seen where I've been or gotten emotional in front of my woman, now how do I get back on track?
Brother you need a podcast!!!! You last of a dying breed!
Isn’t this what he’s doing now
Unfortunately, ppl don't respect the game, so a productive podcast WOULD be a waste of time

Whos responsible for sustaining the relationship? Is the responsibility shared equally or does he or she take on the majority of this responsibility?

So is a man weak for seeking counseling to be better for his family
