[4K] PARQAL MALL 2024 Tour - Discover the Large Open-Space Mall in Aseana City, Parañaque

Parqal Mall is a vibrant new shopping destination located in Aseana City, Parañaque, Metro Manila, Philippines1. It officially opened its doors to the public in 2023.
The mall is spread over a five-hectare area and boasts of open-air spaces. It features a courtyard with a towering tree in the middle of a fountain, and its own amphitheater. The mall has four floors, where the topmost floors are for offices while the lower floors house food and beverage shops3.
Some of the shops and services you can find at Parqal include New Balance, Levi’s, The Aivee Clinic, Nuat Thai Foot & Body Massage, MC Home Depot, and The Marketplace. For food options, there are places like Mary Grace, Dunkin’, and a 7-Eleven. More restaurants and cafés are expected to open soon.
Parqal Mall is not just a place for shopping, but also a spot for relaxation and entertainment. With its wide sidewalks, benches, and a beautiful courtyard, it’s a great place to chill after a day of shopping. It’s indeed a flourishing space in the heart of Metro Manila.

This is certainly a refreshing take on the typical Philippine mall. I love the town square design, and the wide covered walkways remind me of the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II (completed in 1877) in Milan, Italy. Although they seemed to have missed a 21st century innovation - the transparent roof should've doubled as solar panels as well. It would utilize the year-round hot sun to compensate for the lost indoor air-conditioning. I don't like the road crossing the middle of the mall (around 15:31). I know there's pedestrian bridges, but you know human nature dictates that people will rather play run and dodge with a speeding vehicle than climb up the stairs to use the bridge. Lovely tour as always 😍

Thanks for your thoughtful comment! The design does have a classic European feel. Solar panels would be a smart addition for sustainability. And I agree, the road through the mall can be a bit concerning for pedestrian safety.❤❤
