I love that Brianna actually managed to save their lives but in the most surprising way. She invented the thing that would burn their house down prematurely and therefor the fire that was going to kill them couldn't happen. Genius way to resolve that storyline!
That sequence was beautifully shot. Well done to everyone involved. 👏🏻👏🏻
The sequence inside the house was so good at reminding the audience how much Claire and Jamie put into making their house on Fraser’s Ridge, their first “real” home together.
What an incredible teamwork.
Standing ovation for the entire cast and crew, they're all amazing 👏👏👏👏👏👏🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
great scene. i like the chemistry between sam and cait, the commitment to want to jump alone, i find all their expressions during the fire very true.
I loved the scenes when Jamie would coming riding up to the big house.Such a beautiful shot.Hated to see it go!
What a Spectacular sequence, and remarkable team work between cast & crew and all involved in creating the inevitable fire that destroyed the Fraser’s home, Jamie & Claire made some wonderful family memories during the time they lived there, so sad to see it all go up in smoke, their leap from the porch was incredible, but knowing them not surprising! 👏👏👏👏
💯💯👌👍
@STARZ If you can't *add subtitles,* can you turn on youtube *automatic subtitle* option?
honestly one of the best episodes in awhile
Vivement samedi. LOFE❤❤❤❤
One of the most exciting yet nostalgic scenes. Excellent effort by the talented #Outlander team! Congrats ~ Blessings!😇🦄🫶🎭
I thought all this period was shot in America!…it seems it’s Scotland in fact!!
Exciting, but very sad.
It was so sad to see the Great House at Fraser’s Ridge go up in flames. The house and its effects had so many lovely memories associated with them. Alas it seems to be repeating Fraser karma theme that the places they work or live in are burned out from under them. No doubt they will rebuild a new home again in the course of time that will surpass the last one. At least William’s childhood miniature portrait and Jamie’s kilts survived the conflagration. Sam and Cait did a terrific job, most especially the superhero leap to escape the fire from the porch. It was curious that while Brie’s matches and Claire’s ether stash were the fuel for the great house fire started by time traveler Wendigo, these may have ironically saved their lives earlier on in April instead of dying under different circumstances in a later January fire. I would assume that Windego Donner and his thuggie gang got imploded into many pieces and died spectacularly with the match-lit ether, but this being Outlander, the show runners may have a rude surprise up their sleeves of the villains miraculously surviving the fire like cockroaches (in the mode of the late Stephen Bonnett) to torment the Frasers again in a future episode. Hopefully if this is the case Windego and his gang will not figure out that Roger and Brie have escaped back to the 20th century, follow them there, and commit some awful retribution on them. I also wonder whether the grieving Mr. Bug will come back to torment young Ian for shooting and killing his wife Murdina with one of his Mohawk arrows to defend Jamie (thinking it was him in the men’s clothing digging up the French gold). It will be curious to see if Roger and Brie end up buying Lallybroch while struggling to re-establish their lives in the 20th century. Glad to hear that Jemmy is doing well and that Mandy was successfully cured of her condition and will continue to thrive. I loved the adorable child actress twins the show runners picked to play her.
So very hard to watch that beautiful house burn down.
I keep thinking, though, that Tom Christie actually put that obituary in the newspaper after he heard about the fire and thought they were dead. So perhaps there never was going to be a fire in January! 🤔
This scene was very sad tbh
Hier sieht man mal das Film, Schall und Rauch ist😂
The Big House in this series is so overboard compared to that described in the novel. They were never had money that would have been required for all the furnishings, etc. There was definitely no Sherwin Williams exterior siding and trim paint.🙄
Hi everyone.
Is there any chance to meet the whole cast with Mrs Gabaldon in France one day ?
From a recent fan.
I've seen all 7 seasons in 15 days !
And a Scottish descendant😉
Assustador!
They must have to pay that roger character extra money to act likw a total and complete waste of dna that boy has the back bone of a snail , he is terrified of other men ,he cant shoot he cant fish and he darn dure cant fight ,he reminds me too muchnof myself i guess 😂😂😂
I’m waiting for later in the season when Claire sleeps with lord John grey soon after thinking Jamie was dead which is totally fucked up and watch some of y’all try to defend her actions and try to push a narrative that is shows how much Claire and lord John both love Jamie and they only slept together because they were both missing Jamie which is bullshit but if that was the case why was Claire giving lord John a handjob moments before Jamie returned from the dead???? Claire and lord John both betrayed Jamie then tried to use him as the excuse that’s messed up and toxic especially because John is Jamie’s son stepfather
Watched four episodes already and its all soo bad. From the overacting supporting characters to the jolly women in prison were happy to killing another great character because he suddenly loves Claire?? Whats going on?not to mention Brianna’s horrible accent whenever she ssys “DA” its all soo bad. Im a diehard Outlander fan. What happened?
