In '75 my girlfriend and I walked across the viaduct over the Wear. She had just moved into a house next to the railway just north of the station. Now the viaduct is a road!
This is marvelous, but not much interest, unfortunately. The station at Durham is well represented, but I don't know about anything else. I hope that this sort of thing gathers more interest and the local historians get involved to iron out the inaccuracies. It would make an excellent historical document
