When Coach Niblett came to Oneonta High School our program was mediocre. In a few short years we were State Champs. His program works, his process works. Coach Niblett is a very ethical man with high standards. He gets results just buy in, hang on and enjoy the ride. Also it’s nice hearing him say “go big red” even though it’s a different school and state. Oneonta, AL will always remember and be forever in his debt!
Do you guys understand how important it is to have a man like this with your kids or at your school? A man that a fatherless kid can come to and ask for advice? A man who puts kids on the right path and teaches them to be men? It goes miles beyond football, I still think about my high school coach from 24 years ago and the last talk we had before during my last work out at the school before I left for college.
Coach Niblett has a solid, structured program that yields results. He also teaches his players to respect their parents, particularly their moms. He sets aside a day for moms in which the players present a rose and a card to their moms (or female caregivers) as they walk through a line of cheering players and dads. After this, my wife felt he could do no wrong. I think what people don't understand about the Hoover program is that we didn't have many SEC, 5-star prospects unlike many other schools that have several. The year my son's team won the state championship, not one player was offered a scholarship from a Power 5 school, yet that team had - in my opinion - the most dominant defense ever (22 turnovers, at least five returned for touchdowns - at least two by my son). Oh, Coach Niblett is going to get the most out of your players. Hoover's loss is Gainesville's gain. ;)
@@gregorymoon6751 just ask Rush Propst, Jamie Dubose, and all the other coaches that came from Alabama powerhouses to coaching in GA. The difference is night and day.
@@gregmsnow 🤣🤣🤣🤣 there’s only like 3 teams in Alabama and that’s Hoover, Thompson, & Central Phenix City and they are the only ones that win it. Look at the last 10 years in Ga at the highest classification and how many different teams have won it. By the way Rush Propst came from Hoover and Jamie Dubose came from Central. They both said Ga is night and day better from top to bottom. Dubose has only been in Ga 2 years 🤣🤣You’re probably the only person in the nation to think Alabama football is better that Georgia’s
The cheerleader eye rolls at 7:46 made me laugh.

@@bddavis7148 buddy, theirs no better state in the country for football than bama. Hoover and Thompson would smack every school in Georgia.
Whatever they're paying this guy, it isn't enough.
