What needs to happen is Schools need to hurry up and get high tech curriculum in our schools to prepare the people for jobs that will be available in those fields very soon. I'm hoping they're aware that the place is being prepared to become the largest Logistics Hub in the world. Better get prepared to get on board or get left out.

Changing attitude is the hard part, if we want to be a first world country we'll have to start thinking like a first world society. We'll have to Act, Talk, and Behave like professionals in every area we can, every one need to step up their game, if it's even to speak English on daily basis, it will help your discipline, which will help you in other areas. Just look at all the Highways they are building yes they are investment but the Chinese are way pass that now, Shipping and distribution potential is enormous and that's their goal. Jamaica will see enormous growth and development beyond comprehension. Along with that comes jobs and more jobs. Some high paying with most middle income and others lower income but work will be available.

This project is going very fast, for I was down thee recently June/July and saw nothing like i'm see in here in the vicinity, kudos to the Chinese and their work ethics, however the Govt must be smart in their negotiations, for the loans from CHEC is like any other loan, for if yu default, or fall into a situation where you cannot pay back, valuable assets could be confiscated, I would suggest paying them back incrementally, and not wait till it becomes insurmountable.

Why these construction workers don’t have on safety harnesses and use elevated manlift to reach heights instead of climbing. This is recommended by the OSHA act
Traffic, thats why. With the overhead bridge there is no need to stop at traffic lights anymore which causes the bad congestion at 3 Miles and on Hagley Park Road.

How are you going to service these loans. It's also important to remember we don't need the autobond all over Jamaica.
When you thought government officials were not so smart for approving this unnecessary bridge but you go through the comments and realize it anybody else was in power they would have signed off on this lol... The money should have gone towards basic road rehabilitation and the alternate routes to town developed as they were to accommodate the detour
