So intriguing for me to see that in many cases we find really polygonal walls, which as far as Ive seen are truly much harder to be destroyed by earthquakes, etc, so I wonder why then to build these other walls that are not polygonal. Thank you, I had a wonderful tip around this new place. 🙃
It's wonderful to see this site. You should pay more attention to the holes and surface smears and surface layers on the blocks. These blocks are most similar to Bozukkale in Turkiye. Thank you!

I f`n you built many polygonal wall with 2 Cyclopes giants, you would carve your name in it too. .. signing your name in the corner of the canvas. These polygonal walls are works of art because they are easy on the eyes...
@@williamolivadoti3867 it means 4th century bc. Its probably wrong or refers to some repair work or repurpose that was done to the megalithic base which clearly must be alot older.
"Helenistic"(Helenic= greek) is the name of the period after Alexander 350bc until the Roman conquest 146 bc. The culture is still "Greek" but is dispersed across the east all the way to India! I reaally doubt this place was put together in that time frame.
I’m positive some other the sites are much older than they are presently dated. The three stones in the wall at Baalbek were not made by Romans. Had they been they would be for all to see. I believe the Stone of the pregnant women they did make but could not move, if I’m right it would be much older construct.
Yiassou at 2+40 where you standing if you zoom at that black corner slab you can clearly see an image have seen megalithic walls carefully all stones are tattooed wherever is black yellow or whatever zoom slowly and there it is thank you

Of course it is Hellenistic. It couldn't be anything but Hellenistic. Because there is a narrative to be maintained. The accepted model of history must be enforced. Right?
...i bet you if you check the churches in the around area...you will find alot of the missing stones...that the barbarian christians use to buildthem....!!!!
Thank you for visiting and filming these sites!
I have learned more about Greek settlements from your videos than I knew before!
Thank you! That's flattering!
Very spectacular!! One of the few that really resemble the peruvian masonry.
Does remind me of the various Inca walls in and around Cosco, Peru that are the foundatin walls of the Spanish colonial structures.
I love this channel.❤️👍👏👏
Much appreciated!
Once again, thank you so much for this material. It really gives a fantastic perspective to the enigmatic past of the Greek land.
Well done, smooth and informative, a flavor of voracity!
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it, more to come!

Thankyou Mirko and Deborah for another excellent video.
I'm really loving your work.
That snake was really moving fast.
Thanks again.
Cheers.

It's still quite skilled masonry for an unknown site . I find these obscure sites more fascinating.
at 2:34 on the second block on the right, second from the bottom, is an outline of the island of Cyprus on the left side of the block.
The devil is in the details.

Not at all
You have an embedded image recognition device better than mine! It would be nice that you show us this using Gimp or a similar software.
5:11 purely stylistic ? smoothing the corners like we see all over, or just why bother.

Couldn't have anything to do with evidence huh?
Or lack of evidence for your "theory"
