Im always happy to see another garnet player. Enjoyed this a lot, though there's a lot of garnet combo routes and tech he doesn't use that makes her faster and puts her in advantage more often. Still very cool to watch and i hope to see more fellow Garnet players evolve
It is sad that multiversus is pretty underwhelming (especially Finn being nerfed until he is unviable *AGAIN*) because every character has unique play styles and gameplans despite having the same archetypes of heavyweights rushdown characters swordies zoners all arounders neutral heavy stage control set play etc (I really miss the item Finn with gem/apples)
@@MahNameIsEddid they remove the neutral attack dash cancel from the beta? Haven't played since then but notice you didn't use any of that like at all
I think shields would be fine if the devs did 2 things: Make armor break go through shields. Make all dash attacks have armor break and get rid of 2fast2block. There is no grab in this game so shields don’t really have a counter atm.

@@Oathiel I would have to believe that if steam is around 2 thousand a day console has to be x3 that for each console the player count is way more than perceived LBVS 😂
Hope someone sees this from the dev team. Yall have done so much to change this game for the better, but there are some serious changes that are still needed and this game can be great. The game is still to floaty overall. This is a big issue for many reasons, but one of the issues is obviously how it makes all fights feel more campy/frustrating simply by existing the way it does. Attacking in air slows down your aerial movement to a crawl, air attacks aren’t cancelled/reset when you land, which limits combos to the extreme and air approaches become riskier for no reason. I also think it would help if attack frames for all moves in general were speed up. Some moves literally stall you horizontally for what feels like a half second and it’s very weird, that’s one if the weird things they talk about when saying how odd this game feels, and it’s not a good unique feeling, it feels like I’m not fully in control of my character. Honestly, just giving players more control over their movement overall (as well as cleaning up weirdness like aerial’s being so frigid) would help improve this game a lot.

Shields make the match more exciting to watch
Can you use the shield breaker in the air or is shield a hard counter to jump ins?
I think that the shield mechanics works better if the game was a little faster

I would agree, but only if more players came. The way things are now, I don't think that splitting already small playerbase is a good decision.
