Ha, not even close. I pay $150 an hour at my artist, and someone as big as this guy most likely charges alot more. but at 150 an hour for ten hours you are looking at $1500. I'd say this is about a $2000+ tattoo. Plus a tip.

what kind of stencil does he use? That looks WAY easier than the usual stuff.
FORGET "STENCIL STUFF"! Use Surgilube. It allows the stencil to stain and very hard to wipe off during tattooing. :) Hope this helps!
