I feel like they would make sense as good friends, because of there similar sassy comeback natures. If eddie weren't involved it could of been possible? Myrtle also had a petty minor rivalry like thing with Sue the blond chick in the "dumb belle of the ball episode" but only diff is those two wouldnt work both rich and stuck up they lack chemistry that greta and myrtle. But overrall i like Myrtle and Greta as enemies because it makes me laugh so freaking hard!! 😂😂

Steve had secretly cottoned on to his cousin’s dirty plan and helped Myra and the other contestants by freeing them from their imprisonment, back stage. As they vengeful chased Myrtle around, Steve rightfully calls her out for being a manipulative, lying cheat. He tells the audience that Myrtle was using the pageant as a means to reaffirm her love for Eddie and will stop at nothing to get him, even if it's cheating. He reminds her that his friend will never ever love her the same way that he loves Greta. He tells her that it is extremely unacceptable and she knew the rules by hand. She chose to dismiss them and therefore, she loses by default. Myrtle is angry and embarrassed that Steve would dare disqualify her from the competition and leaves back to Biloxi out of shame and humiliation.
I liked Myrtle in the beginning, but after that I hated her. Yeah, I know. That is the same person as Steve Urkel. Whatever.
Agreed.Eddie didn't want Myrtle but instead of being classy and accepting that, Myrtle took it out on his girlfriend, Greta. Who did nothing to her but defend herself from Myrtle's attacks. I get that this is a comedy, but this constant petty, vindictive behavior from Myrtle really made me not like her as a character. When myrtle first appeared I liked her fine but it became pointless to have Jaleel dressing up in drag for a character that only existed to cause senseless drama in eddie's relationship.
