Does it need a server side to work with Ecommerce?
And you're not using a form tag for the input fields

You have options either to use inline js or api. if you use inline js, no need for server side but if you use api, then u need payment initialization and verification. And you can decide to use either callback or webhook but they strongly recommend you use webhook. I have tutorials that cover all these on this channel.
