You can DC very quickly if your controller has a home button. You just hold it until it gives you the option to set console to sleep.

It's actually pretty easy, all you have to do is hold down B and move the L stick one way or the other at the same time.

You literally just have to take the stick and if you are facing right, flip the stick to the right and then drag it down and left to the other side and when you hit the very bottom of the controller during that motion you press b

I know a faster way... turn off the switch (power button) and when you turn it on you’re still connected to the game, but you just dc from the match lol (I think you’re even connected to online still as well).
