Great video. This is the kind of information I’ve been looking for relating to how to actually practice productively with a LM. More content like this would be appreciated.
@@jeffcrawford3698 thank you! I will absolutely do more of these because I use my setup for improvement. Not everyone does and that’s okay but I’m glad to know there’s an audience for it.
@@georgecoffin4453 haha the camera makes it look a lot tighter than it really is. Someone has hit the light but it was a toe shank ricochet off my bar cabinet, hit the vaulted ceiling and shot straight left into the light 🤣
Yeah there’s a couple connectors. This one’s called “springbok.” It’s a quick download. One extra step to get setup with gspro. Best part being that you can use a webcam to putt!
This video was actually inspired by the previous one I had posted after 8 months of only simulator golf: Can a Golf Simulator REALLY Help Your Game? ua-cam.com/video/ZSMPjTSitck/v-deo.html I use a 1x2 hitting strip from USA turf pros cut into a cheap 5’x4’ mat from Amazon. The strip cost me $18 and it’s holding up incredibly well. And the quality of the fibers are impressive.
@@MeanMints5 there are lots of different mats out there. The ones you see at the driving ranges are junk, made to hold up for a long time but they suck for proper practice. Club bounces, etc. I didn’t even know until I entered the simulator world, that there were actually decent options. Anyone who owns a sim will tell you to go with something quality to prevent injury and also to be able to simulate taking a divot. My mat sits over an inch off the ground and I can hit down with no problem. If I hit it fat, I feel it right away and I lose 25 yard sometimes.
Feedback, as ALWAYS, is encouraged. Good and bad. Thanks for watching!

great analysis on pratice. gave me some great ideas to set up practice rounds
Glad I could help! Routines/plans are half the battle. I have to get creative with limited time.
Love the insight to your practice routines mate 👍
Thanks! Probably could have made it an entire series 😆
Really enjoyed this!!! Can I ask what are you using to project onto the screen please?
Dude that ceiling light in the background is freaking me out with those driver swings haha

Tech support opens when?
How are you using gspro with the Rapsodo? Some connector?

Great video! I think a train went through your house. 😊
@@dalehicks8235 I have been trying to figure out what you meant by that and I can’t figure it out 🤣 thanks for watching!
Seems that pitch and putt course must have some train or roller coaster sound effects?
@ oh, yeah haha. Train for sure. It’s right in a city. I thought you were saying it was messy in my house 😅
Yeah but matts are too forgiving…

Your wife deserves some great things for this living room setup🔥🫣
You must have missed the part with the Amazon delivery 😁
@@UnrealGolfSandroI was thinking something greater.. like a good tool for massages.. hmm… OH! Like a Massage chair, maybe? She deserves that, I think.
