I like Arbitrum (ARB), and let's say I want to get into LP DeFi. Let's say I invested $1000 in ARB/USDC LP when ARB was at $1.25. USDC stays pretty much at $1 since is paired with USD, but ARB goes down to $0.50 cents in price. I am collecting, let's say 100% APY by constantly rebalancing once a week or every other week while maintaining 100% APY. I will lose some of my initial investment because ARB dropped in price. Now my question is, if I keep taking interest as cash flow and NOT investing any more money into that pool when rebalancing (once a week or every other week while maintaining 100% APY). If the price of ARB goes back to $1.25, do I recoup all the losses of my initial investment $1000 (not counting the interest I earned), or do I expect to lose a bunch?
