Postportum hair is real! I had a big bald spot in the front it was so bad lol but my doc told me to continue to take my prenatal after birth cuz it helps with hair & nails. After a year my hair started growing back & falling less. How fun to kayaking and have candy! Never heard of that!! Also when u guys were in the kitchen hugging lane I got teary eyed 🥺🥺 cherish all the little moments time will fly 😢

For the hair falling out honestly we can’t help it 😢 I would recommend to keep taking your prenatal , oil treatment that helps growth & try not to brush etc as much
