Just noticed you were at Howdy Honda. I was trying to buy an Accord from them last week but the sales guy kept ignoring my text and didn't take me seriously so I ended up buying from another dealership. He called me a couple days ago and I told him I bought a 2021 from a closer dealer to me because they ignored me. Didn't seem too happy . Nice vid just wanted to add this lol
That happen to my sister we went two different dealership to look at an crv both doesn’t like my dad offer price but when we went to a Honda dealership the manager agreed the price then we did paper next day we got the car then the Honda dealership we went first call us few days later it too late now
I guess Im kind of off topic but does anyone know of a good place to stream newly released tv shows online ?
@@vce.john1734 English?
@@Lazar5578 lmao English isn’t my first language ok! Holy shit why people love to be grammar police!.
Bought a 2020 Sport 2.0T in July in modern steel metallic. It’s been great and punches above its class, IMO. Cheers.
Good times! Thanks for watching!
Great video, thanks. Getting a 2.0t in this same color tomorrow
Watched this video and enjoyed your thorough explanation of the many features, how to access them and use them. You posted essential specification data in an easy to read format which was helpful. There are other online videos that post driving impressions and performance measurements for those more interested in that information. Good work, I look forward to watching more of your videos.
You done a great job verifying everything
Great job on this!!!
Very good job very descriptive included that was needed that nobody seems to talk about earned a sub 👍
Thanks for watching and subscribing! 👍🏼
I've had my 20 sport 2.0t for 8 months. I had a 19 Si coupe before that. I do not regret getting the accord. the Si was fun, but I am very happy with the sport.
ur awesome brother love ur Honda videos , simple & amazing🙂
Thanks for making this video.😀😊
Very well done. Very informative.
Liked your video. Only wished you would have mentioned the 0 to 60 time in comparison to the other similar makes.
Very thorough!! Thank you!!
Thanks for watching!
Thanks great video very insightful 👍
Thanks for watching!
Excellent job Justin! 😎
Good times! Thanks!
You were right on point
Good input..
Nice Review...! 🤩✌
I luv my 2021 Honda sport so much
Good video!
Thanks for the vids, they're very informative.
My 21 accord exl was stolen and I can't track it. Hondalink tracking supposedly only works on the touring. Do you know of anyway to track it
Just got a 2021 sonic gray love it
Just got the 2021 Honda Accord 2.0T in sonic gray color and it’s amazing love the car great video i learned some things I didn’t know about the car thanks
Have you done any 0-60 yet? I’ve managed 5.5 seconds, was curious if you got anything better or different
@@bmwworld2022 haven’t timed my self on it yet but have been playing with and I’ll keep u posted on the time
@@J_A_G301 I got a 2021 as well and for 5.5 seconds
@@bmwworld2022 I was able to get it to go at 5.46 0-60
@@J_A_G301 oh wow really?
The one thing I’d like to mention about “Lane keep assist” , they need to improve on it a bit when it comes to turn signals and warning indicator. Many times if you don’t give ample, ample time between activating your signal and then initiating your lane change or turn, you will get the annoying warning. It caused me to shut it off it became such a visual annoyance. Beyond that, love the car and it’s a blast to drive. 2021 Accord Touring 2.0T
Hi Justin I Just got the my 2022 1.5 Honda accord sport and noticed every time I want to turn on my headlights when is dark outside before I walk to my car I don’t get lights only the inside the car😢😢
i don't think this car has powered side mirrors, but if it does that'd be a kool surprise for me cause i've been pushin' them in and out for 3 months 😂
btw, those hp comparisons are misleading because the accord spanks every car on that list!
I think he meant power adjustable mirrors not power folding ones. There is an aftermarket power folding kit you could install on these Accords if you want.
Just traded my 2019 sport 1.5 for 2021 sport 2.0, payment went up 25 bucks a month, traded out 10 months early on my 3 year lease👍love it !
I did the same thing.
Picked up the '21 Pearl White Sport SE 1.5. Plenty of power and outstanding mileage. (best so far-47mpg) Love it, because gas is crazy expensive here in California.
Good times! Congrats on your Honda!
47mpg?... you sure you don't have the hybrid?
@@b1bo840 No Hybrid. Thought I'd take a run and see just how I could milk it...nothing over 40-45mph, no stop and go, easy acceleration. I took a pic of it for the record. It's now averaging 36-39 overall. Still damn good for the 1.5 CVT.
Must be all freeway while resetting it too. I had the 1.5T Sport and it wasn't that high ever. It's about the only thing I miss tho compared to my Touring 2.0T now.
picked the 2021 blue Honda Accord 2.0 liter sport and I love it
Congrats on your Honda and thanks for watching!
That color with the 2.0L Sport is the way to go. All the rest of the exterior chrome and emblems should be smoked like the main grill piece.
have you done any 0-60 times yet? i managed to get 5.5 seconds
Just bought the 2021 accord sport 2.0 the nicest funniest car I ever drove and I’m a moose guy o have a 2013 charger se modded and I prefer the accord 2.0 so fast so nice so clean feels luxury
Congrats on your new Honda! And thanks for watching. 👍
I'm new to your vids but man your dope af keep it up! however, i thought about the difference between this and the special edition I'm torn between the two I was like well I can drop down to the 2.0 reg sport and get a sunroof and wireless charging and remote start but lose the leather seats so Idk... any advice?
I think you just have to decide what is most important to you and at what price point. From there I think you will find your best choice.
The Sport seats are almost all leather anyway except for middle of the seats
Just bought a used 2020 2.0t in that beautiful same silver. I had a Hyundai sonata 2015 2.0t that was in the shop 39 times, which was unbelievable🤣🤣🤣. The car was paid for so I didn't want to buy a new car since I had a great 120,000 mile warranty on it. However, the used car market in California is crazy so my trade in value for the mentioned Sonata was crazy high, so I traded it in because my would never be so high. I've wanted the honda accord ever since I saw the new body style and 2.0 motor. Hopefully I'll have better luck than I did with the Sonata, which I loved other than it being broke the F..... down all the time. The honda though is a pretty amazing ride! Great video my man!
I can assure you it won't break down as many times as your Sonata 2.0T. Scotty even say so himself. I own a 2020 Sport 2.0T and couldn't be happier then my previous 2015 3.5L V6 Accord.
What’s the Keyless access set up ? I just got this car & I don’t see that option. Is that a way to turn on some kind of keyless entry ?? I had an Acura which was totaled & I decided to go down a notch to a cheaper route for now. I’m missing a lot of the Acura features tho
Mine is already set-up in the two "smart" keys(fob) that came with my car. Hope you have figured that out by now. There is also a hard copy Owners Manual in the glove box that goes over everything.
Bought the 2.0T a couple weeks back. Have owned several Toyotas over the years and and felt the accord was a better value over getting her another Camry. Fit and finish is better than Toyota in my personal opinion. Time will tell about these turbo 4’s vs. N/A 4’s. Will say tho, this accord is blazingly fast and nimble.
0-60 in 5.5-5.7 seconds in the 2.0 sport trim for the 2021 model
Yep was going to say the same thing
It does have LED headlights. He said halogen but in the 2021 2.0 Sport it has LED. At least mine does.
I thought you were going to talk about the 2.0 Accord. Instead, you talked about features present in practically all Honda vehicles. I think you should change your title.
just picked up a 2021 Accord Sport 2.0t in Still Night Pearl. My wife noticed my SMILES PER GALLON…lol. She said the last time I was this excited was when I purchased the EVO X in 08. I still have the EVO, it’s got 24,000 miles now.
I bought the same car...same color...June 19th...love it...enjoy.
No heat steering wheel?
Also, I have bought the 2.0 Sport after selling off my 3.5 V6 from 2013...this car has serious road noise , but is a wonderful drive.
Seat thigh support could be extended a bit...
I just got a 2021 Sport 2.0T also a couple of months ago...I don't have very much road noise...it's due to the tires...so just do your homework when your ready for new tires and get some quiet ones...haha..that's my 2 cents...enjoy your car...I am!
@@jazzyboy7784 Agree! My current tires on my 2020 Sport 2.0T is a bit noisy so I'm looking to get a softer tires when its due for new tires. I used to own a 2017 Sport 2.4T and it also ride on a 19" but it ride way better then my new 2020 Sport.
I got a 2021 Honda sport but no idea if it’s 2.0 or 1.5 where will it say it at on the car??
If you floor it and your passenger says wow, you have a 2.0T, if your passenger says nothing, you have a 1.5T. Seriously, the 2.0T is quick but it is not good in fuel economy especially if you drive aggressively. The 2.0T is equipped with a ten speed automatic transmission and the 1.5T with a CVT. The 2.0T is also equipped with more standard equipment (moon roof, etc.) and costs over three thousand dollars more than the 1.5T.
I bought this car in pearl white a month ago, came from an 18 Civic Hatchback Touring, this car blows the Civic away. It is very nice to drive and the 10 speed transmission is as smooth as butter. While this car may have less horsepower than some of the other cars in its class like the Camry V6 it beats them all due to its transmission. Highly recommend, you won’t regret it
Getting mine next month after QUITE A WHILE! so I’m hella excited. Been working on my credit score, and finally managed to bring it to the minimum 720. I was able to save up quite awhile as well, and w/ the money I’ll get after I trade my Kia, it’ll help when it comes time to negotiate. I’m getting mine I’m Still Night color.
.
How much did you get for yours after tax? and how much were you able to knock out after negotiating?
Nice review, you have the voice of a soprano ...but a pleasant demeanor
The 2.0L is nice, especially in Aegean Blue Metallic. I would not even consider thev1.5L turbo Sport. But the N/A Camry XSE is more reliable, and what I would prefer. The other competitors are nice, but I would not even consider them, for the same reason.
Can anyone share their opinion on the sound quality on the Accord Sport 2.0 T? I love the car, but Im wondering if the audio is as bad as some say.
Audio sucks. Def go aftermarket.
It’s definitely trash, but the features of the car makes up for it 😂😂
The sound system is not good. I came from a Kia Optima. It had a Karman Hardon sound system.
The sound quality itself isn't so bad, it's that it is grossly underpowered. The sound system needs a turbo of its own. Maybe even twin turbos and a sub!
Ive got a 2017 Accord touring and I’m trying to decide if i should bother trading it in for this model. It’s got 63000 km on it.
My advise, do it now while the car market is still hot. I sold my 2016 3.5L V6 Accord and couldn't be happier. It powers are way better even on highway passing and from a dig. Ride quality however may suffer a bit since it has harder rubbers on it but that can be fixe if you want softer ride when it's times for new tires. Go for it!!
Why is my 2021 accord sport always foggy inside when using my heater ?
Quit playing with yourself or leave your boyfriend home, problem solved.
Try not to used the recirculate button then you won't have that foggy issues. I always have my on fresh, except when there's a diesel truck in front of me then recirculate the air is so no fresh air came thru.
Yes you do smell funny... :)) Great video though... Very informative.
I got a 2020 Sport 2.0T and it is annoying using adaptive cruise control. Car passed you merged front of you then your car suddenly slow down so I just deactivate it and use regular cruise control...works better. My opinion.
I just watched UA-cam where this smoked the 2021 Acura TLX A-Spec in speed. Every time, every way. Shaking my head.
Can you give more detail on audio in this car specifically what the sound quality difference is with the presets off vs on and changing the equalizer? just bought the same model in this video and am curious.
The audio for the accord to me is trash, I came from a 2018 terrain. You can hear the difference, but that’s the only downfall for me, don’t regret getting it 😂😂. Love my Honda 2021!!!
To me, the sound quality is not bad. You can go into setup and deactivate the factory setup and then you'll get even more tune out of it. The setup is on UA-cam here so you can search for it.
If you are going to pose the question “is the fastest Accord Is worth it” in your title than the least you can do it drive the darn thing and give opinions of its driving experience. Road noise, handling, acceleration, etc. All you mentioned can be found on their website or a number of forums. C’mon man, step up your review game.
I agree! Fxxxk click bait!
the dealership did not even show me the ins and outs lol i drove home on daytime riding lights lol
Did you ask them to show you the headlights? The Owners Manual clearly goes over all of the switch and button functions.
Those daytime running lights are bright af!
Test drive missing
They got rid of the EX they got the sport special edition
My 2020 Honda Accord Touring Edition 2.0 T has been a Disaster. Multiple problems. Been back to dealership with multiple problems. Taking it back tomorrow to get cash back or get a new car. Getting rid of this POS. This is my third Accord, first two were great. This third one has been an Absolute Disaster.
A little bit of rain sometimes... You clearly got the "haunted" edition!
Lose the music!…It’s really annoying!
You smell funny
