When configuring the pool you can set the DNS server with dns-server 8.8.8.8 and this will alow you to ping it from the PC

what if you need to configure the internal IP Address range example 10.10.100.1 255.255.255.0 or class B 172.16.100.1 255.255.255.0 using DHCP Pools and not using external IP address provided by the ISP

Where in Real world or in Lab you are asking. In Lab if you need to configure then you need to change in VM8 that ip range what you want to use that you can put and use that.
