Believe Aldc we’ll, they do jazz, they do lyrical, they do contemporary, etc. so why is ballet any different?
rockin girl life MSP they aren’t known for ballet, or technique. they’re known for acro and idk nothing else. other studios like club dance are known for their technique training bc dancers there go through hours of ballet. brynn herself said that aldc focuses on facial expressions (something like that) while club focuses on flexibility and technique. aldc is notorious for putting young dancers who are advanced enough on pointe. also ballet is different from other dance styles bc in ballet there are rights&wrongs and you can see whether someone has bad/good technique. whereas other dance styles like contemp and hiphop, it’s more to express yourself

Actually, it was the Nickelodeon contract and Abby actually mocked Jojo’s voice. They did the same thing with Chloe, Abby mocked Chloe’s medical condition.

She complains because they don't attend as much classes as they used to, and their technique does need improvement, especially Jojo's and Kendall's.
Nia’s technique has improved a lot once she started a career without Abby. I honestly think Abby brings her kids down.

@@lucyol9422 Better done then said. I get learning a style you're not used to. I'm a dancer myself, and this year I'm trying two new styles. I'm doing it to improve my dance skills and Jojo, as a competitive dancer (I'm a recreational/performance dancer) should be doing nonetheless.

4:19 she’s definitely not my favorite mom, but she’s absolutely right. Staying in your comfort zone will never get you anywhere in dance. I ,earned that the hard way. After crying and many panic attacks I decided to stay in one particular pointe shoe dance for a competition. I’ll never regret it even if it became one of the hardest moments as a dancer. It’s the hardest choreo I’ve done but new got first place in the senior category and now I feel like I can do anything 💕
what's crazy is how kendall can legit pick up any style of dance cus she is super athletic. ballet is freakin challenging and this child just picks it up like it's nothing. she is incredibly talented in that regard. very impressive athlete. the push and pull duet is my favorite dance in the entire show, mostly because i loved seeing kendall do ballet. i think she and kalani look gorgeous dancing together and it was a super beautiful & inspiring number

Ahlamm Shade JoJo had a lot of other stuff going on like her UA-cam channel, TV shows, and performances. This was when her career started to take off. That’s why she left the team, but the show made it look like she left because she couldn’t do the duet.

Personally I think Abby chose a good style for them to do. It challenges them and helps improve their technique. They might not have won but it would be good help for their technique.

It’s funny that Brynn’s mom talks bad about Jojo and Jess. But now look at Brynn, she’s not famous and didn’t really get very far. Then there is Jojo who is worth lots of millions, became famous, and made a career off of inspiring younger kids.
Jess was the one bullying Brynn all the time tho,yet her and Jojo’s technique aren’t even comparable...
@@juliadobo2244 Jess didn’t bully Brynn until her mom started bullying Jojo tho. So it’s still Brynn’s moms fault for her child being bullied by the other mothers. Dance doesn’t only depend on your technique tho. It matters about your presentation. You could age. The beta technique and not have as good performances because it’s important to express yourself...rather than staying quiet like Brynn did on the show.
Why would a dance teacher put kids with poor technique in ballet shoes??...that could damage their feet, Abby knew better than that. If their technique is poor, it’s because of Abby. They are learning from her...

Mushu Snake Jojo wasn’t trained by Abby. The only girl here who’s been trained by Abby is Nia. So it’s definitely not Abby’s fault they aren’t good at it. The people who trained them should’ve covered ballet. Period.
Mushu Snake not true. the dance teacher provides corrections and basic training. anything further than that is up to the dancer. for example, a teacher can’t make a dancer flexible- the dancer has to stretch. most technique is in the dancer’s control. it’s not abby’s fault.
