    Ingredients and recipe for Bihari Kabab:
    700 grams beef cut into strips ( you may use cube cut as well)
    1 tbsp raw papaya paste
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp red chilli powder
    1 tsp crushed black pepper
    1/2 tsp mix spice powder (garam masala)
    1 tbsp ginger paste
    1/4 cup finely chopped onion ( you may use paste)
    1 tbsp heaped roasted black chickpea powder ( powdered without skin)
    you can use Baisan (gram flour)
    1 tbsp heaped poppy seeds washed and cleaned (khas khash)
    1 tbsp heaped drained yoghurt
    1 tbsp crushed fried onions
    1/3 cup tempered mustard oil (tempering is done by heating mustard oil till it
    starts smoking and then cooled)
    Ingredients for Paratha:
    2 cups(250 grams) plain flour (maida)
    1/2 tsp salt
    2/3 cup(160 grams) water
    Oil for deep frying and applying
    Method for Kababs:
    Add papaya paste and salt in meat and mix well , cover and let rest in refrigerator for 3 hours.
    After rest add chilli powder, black pepper and garam masala and mix again then all the remaining kabab ingredients except mustard oil and mix thoroughly, lastly add mustard oil and mix again now taste for salt and adjust accordingly. Let it marinate for at least 4 hours in fridge.
    After marination skew on skewers and cook on BBQ grill cooking on all sides. Now ready to serve.
    Method for Paratha:
    Add salt in flour mix and then add water and form a dough it will be a sticky dough now apply oil on hands to handle the dough and make four balls out of it now roll each ball and dip in oil and put on a plate, cover and let rest for 30 minute. After rest take a ball and form into a flat paratha on an oiled marble or flat surface, then fry in hot oil for about 15 to 25 seconds on each side. Wow our puri paratha is ready.
