There are malls in Chicago with multiple floors with banks in them, and there used to be one on the Mag Mile with a grocery store; but not nearly as large as those. Sadly, the mall culture here has been eating alive by Amazon.South Africa is Incredible.

Seattle Coffe is a local brand. They just marketed it as “Seattle Coffee” to make it seem international. It’s the best coffee in the country, better than Starbucks for the local palate. Starbucks is more of a fashion statement, but people love the Seattle flavour.
You guys made me appreciate my country more, we have over 2500 malls like that even bigger than that in SA (Rosebank is one of the smallest malls we have), if you want to see how big our malls can be just visit Menlyn mall in Pretoria, make sure you have navigator with you.

During construction of MoA, it was given the title "the largest mall in South Africa to be completed in a single phase" - a marketing ploy to try and steal the spotlight from the other bigger malls. The other malls started smaller, but became bigger with extensions and revamps over the years, making their completion multi-phased.
I guess it wasn’t on their plans! This is perfect though. We went to MoA, to know that it’s 6th is saying a lot. It was large and beautiful as well! We’ll have to check out the other ones when we return.
