Luffy everytime he has clashed with BM hand to hand he has been blown away we have never seen that against kaidou not to say he wouldn't get the same treatment but BM clearly has the better feats in that regard such as her destroying the Giants as a child with nothing but her fists.

It is funny how some people complain about One Piece doing DBS style action, when it is literally those same animators that got drafted in the very start of Wano.
People also probably complain because just flying around randomly and bashing into each other is just rather dull in terms of fight choreography on top of it looking pretty nonsensical.
Not unlike the general debate about the actual creative use of devil fruits and their attributes in fights being better than glowing haki aura power level stuff
I will never complain. This art is fantastic! I never want to go back to Dressrosa aniamtion or Whole Cake Island animation.
i love how haki is visualised in the anime. i know people hate it and like the subtlety of how oda does it in the manga. but haki clashes like luffy vs douglas bullet and the zoro building his haki up is so good. i really like it.

The scabbards took entirely too long to cut down Orochi in the anime, and talk about long-winded. Pretty much defeated the purpose of the scene.
I stopped watching the anime two years ago when luffy was fighting the sumo wrestler and they went woo uh woo uh wooo uh woo uh for five minutes on the edge of the arena.

Nah, it's fine. It gave each a moment for their cut. Work just as well. Not to mention that since Orochi didn't die, that scene was forgettable anyway in the manga.

He thinks they are on their last legs so COWARD Orochi tries to kill them, him cackling like a madman confident as he gets each head decapitated one by one makes far less sense than him getting the heads chopped off in a speed blitz as it was in the manga.
@@ave383 Terrible moment for sure but Wano hasn't been like that since. Episodes may be slightly slow but nothing comes even close to the horror that was Dressrosa. Wano is definitely the best post-TS arc to watch in the anime
@@doug2555 agreed. I almost gave up One Piece because of Dressrosa. Anticipating Ryokugyu's reveal was the sole factor that kept me on board, but that began to subside during WCI, and I love Wano so I'm full back to being a One Piece fan.

On the subject of DBS possibly returning, I hope Toei allocates more of it's talent to the better and more popular series, One Piece. We're in the final saga in the manga and the anime is gonna be there next year, it deserves it. Dragon Ball has been coasting on the glory days for decades now, One Piece is actually something special.

Super absolutely crushed One Piece when it was airing, even with big moments like roofpiece absolutely nothing has come remotely close to the peaks Super enjoyed which crashed streaming services and had 100+ audience live attendees in boat loads of countries.
Broly was also a bigger movie than anything One Piece has ever done or is likely to do, Film Red would do well to have literally half the Revenue as Broly.
