I my experience most people don't have goblins ready to donate, which means they have to train them and I feel like people are less likely to donate if they need to train the troops first. Especially if they have to do it very often, kinda gets annoying

The biggest problem i am encountering with rushing to th13 with a secondary account coming from 9, is that i do not have the troops to get loot, but to get loot i need good troops
That’s the exact reason rushing is frowned upon. I’ve seen rushed bases but with decent troops and heroes. I don’t mind those accounts in my clan. But completely rushed accounts get the boot.
