Wyll went from my least-used companion (barring Lae'zel because well, I killed her almost immediately after she demanded I help her kill the tieflings) to one of my most consistent companions purely because eldritch + repelling blast is such a reliable way to dislodge pesky enemies from afar or higher ground. Especially now that he has several pieces of gear that compliment his efficiency at blasting.
@Broskisnowski Believe me, I would have been more than happy to use her versatility, but I failed the speech check to draw the two tieflings away, and it boiled down to her making me choose between her or them, and my paladin was not about to kill two people on the whim of someone who was still a stranger at that point. Ah, but there's always the next playthrough!
@@mother.nothingness I don't remember if I tried or not. I think I just left her there because I wanted to commit to my original in-character decision. As far as my paladin knew, she was just a githyanki warmonger who would inevitably make things more difficult down the line.
Just happened to my buddy last night. I had triggered a fight in A t 2 in an acid pit while she was at the very top of the pit. The shadow possessed armor below used Shadow Pull and yeeted her Barbarian into the pit, dropping her to 0 HP.
Imagine the scene if Anakin won, that's what happened to me when the owlbear mom spoted me sneaking on the platforms 10 meters above her and then jumped towards me (I swear I could hear the moon theme from ducktales playing in the background). The DM was smoking something really good.
I was on the ship going to the underdark, missed the roll for pushing the guy into the water, fight starts, I get pushed into the water for an instant death
one of my only complaints about BG3 is moving up and down levels.
WHY CAN'T I ADJUST THE CAMERA TO THE OTHER FLOOR TO CLICK ON IT REEE
ragzlin be like: "i have my whole life ahead of me" no you don't, the wyll + repelling blast is coming 😂
*sees archers perched on the ceiling beams in Moonrise Towers*
Wyll, do your thing.
"what is my purpose"
"you eldritch blast"

@@Sigmundfries could you revive her after tieflings left?
More ideas for next playthrough, hehe

The highground is great unless they thornwhip or use what ever pull spell they have to yoink your ass down.

The first time I fought Ragzlin, he ran up to the high beams and used repulsor on me before it was my turn.
Best thing I've seen all day😂
My tactic precisely too.
Also, when you first encounter Lae'Zel at the Nautiloid, it has strong "Hello there" potential, I think)

The far away oof got me
for some reason I was awaiting the mario fall sound effect
Would be even better if the ground underneath was burning 😂
I expected a better finale- oh well
Funny ❤
Wow, looks pretty cool and very creative how you put that Star Wars scene in.
