If u think that u just straight up don’t know how to scale Giorno/GER at all cause his nullification ability transcends causality and the multiverse itself. Giorno/GER negs Joker, this is common knowledge

Scp 4028 aka don quixote has the ability where if he travel to a comics,novels or narratives he can make any stories at his will and one instant that he uas able to nullify 682 adaptation and regeneration and was able to kill the god of arkham who is an high author level scp and the god of arkham is at the highest layers of the scp authors or swan aka the alpha layers which is the layer closer to our reality but he got to mabye the second strongest layers- pseudo layer

In the past "time stop" used to work on him but now not even that works on him and the final main villain stated that no magic works on him now other than physical attacks.
