Such intensity in your eyes mind of calmness, drives my mind nutty, myself I’m a ten second cartoonist, quick n done, these pieces are so beautiful I’m going to have ta learn this sketch process in oil love it ,🎶😎
wowww😮
Wonderful job as always !!
Do you use oil thinner for smooth painting ??🤔☺️
Thank you! I only use a little bit of safflower oil.
Hi Lauren, fantastic artwork! Seems you used a different technique in this painting. Is it grisaille technique, also did you cover the canvas with a thin layer of medium?
Thank you! In this piece I started with a super thin layer of safflower oil applied with a a makeup sponge and then sketched in my image with burnt umber (not thinned, just sort of stumbled on), and then began painting from dark to light :)
@@LaurenPretorius Great, thanks a lot for your instruction. I will try this technique.
جميل جدا لكن صعب
Where do you find your reference picture for painting?
I usually set up a still life with the lighting that I like and take a photograph to use as my reference photo :)
@@LaurenPretorius wowwwww i should use this idea too thank you so much for responding😍
I have watched almost all your videos. Actually your videos are amazing .Good to see you are working hard but sad to see you are not succeeding. I think you are not getting good results due to some problem in your videos.
I can help you to grow your youtube channal?
