firstly your body is already perfect the way it is 🫶 tbh I don’t really workout (I did used to during the pandemic) but I do walk at least 3-4k steps per day and I try to eat healthy balanced meals 😁

I feel like it depends on what you’re looking for, in terms of price shein is definitely cheaper but I feel like you are more likely to get good quality clothing from Yesstyle. I also think shein has much more inclusive sizing compared to yesstyle. I hope this is helpful!! 😁

I’m not going to share my weight but if you want to lose weight, please make sure to do it in a healthy way with healthy goals! At the end of the day it’s your health that matters the most!! Please make sure to eat healthy meals with regular treats and exercise regularly, I’d say this is the healthiest way! Just remember you’re already perfect the way you are now 🫶💕
